Due to the digital nature of AI generation credits and the associated costs from our voice providers, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used to generate audio.
If you experience technical failure during a transaction or credit assignment, please contact aiguruji7906@gmail.com. We will manually verify the payment and credit your account within 24-48 hours.
You can stop purchasing credits at any time. There are no recurring cancellation fees as we mostly operate on a one-time credit top-up or monthly renewal basis.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account/UPI/Card) through Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
